Anita Marie Turpin 62, passed away peacefully at home on March 5, 2017.  She was a member of First Baptist Church, Francis and Collins Street where she served as an usher and sang in the Adult Choir.

She began her career at Kroger as a cashier, and retired as a manager of the front end after over 40 years of service.  She was highly appreciated by the customers and coworkers for her infectious smile, outgoing, helpful and positive attitude.  After retirement,

she volunteered at McCready Manor.  She loved to travel and read.  She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 45 years, Henry Turpin, daughter Vanessa Turpin, son Michael (Jennifer) Turpin, four grandchildren Dylan, Lexi, Marisa, and Maddie. Anita Turpin’s ObituaryShe is also survived by two sisters, Trina Fields, and Donetta Burton, a brother Duane Fields, sisters-in-law Zelma Baker, Pat Turpin, Effie Fields, brother-in-law Aiken Turpin, four nieces, two nephews, six great nieces, six great nephews, aunts, uncles, and a host of cousins.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Anna Fields, and brother Kevin Fields.

Daughter of the late Russell and Margaret Harris and wife to the Rev. Ricky Cobb.

Was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday January 18, 2017. She is a native of Lexington, KY, Fayette Co. And a graduate of Bryan Station High School.

Emilie confessed her hope in Christ at an early age, under the pastoral of the late Rev. William Overstreet.

Emilie continue her love for God and worked in the Church under the pastoral of Rev. Melvin L. Gross, were she served on the Usher Board, the Mass Choir, Children Advisor, Youth Choir Director and Young Adult Choir Director.

Besides her wonderful and devoted husband of 38 years the Rev. Ricky Cobb.

Emilie is survived by her seven children: Rev. Rico (Deidra) Cobb of Parksburg WV, Nicholas Cobb,Rev. Ty Cobb, Tynisha Cobb, Embry Cobb, Embra Cobb all of Lexington, KY and Emmitt (Charity) Cobb of Douglasville GA., and eight grandchildren.

Emilie also leaves to cherish her memory her five siblings:
Janet Coleman, Margaret Ann Harris, Russell C. Harris Jr., David(Dawn) Harris and Stella Harris.,

A special and devoted niece and nephew Ruschell Fatty.,and Elder Mario Webb.,two brother in laws: Demares Cobb and Arthur (Janet) Cobb, one sister in law: Arletta Taylor, a adopted daughter: Melanie Foster and a host of nieces,nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends, special friends and other family members

He was born on April 6,1930 in Paris, Kentucky to the late Moses Sr. and Eta Mae Beatty.He was a former customer service representative at lowes and was a member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, in Clintonville , KY.

He is survived by two children Wallace Beatty Jr.and Latosha Beatty.,two grandchildren: Tracy Jones and Frank Beatty Jr., and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Wallace was preceded in death by a son Frank Beatty Sr.

Viola Elizabeth Clark left this world and entered her eternal resting place on November 14, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Celia Clark, a daughter, Regina Lynn Clark, two sisters and three brothers.

Viola was a member of Corinthian Baptist Church. During her Christian walk with the church, she was a member of the Usher Board, Busy Bee and worked on the Cooking Committee. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren gave her much joy in life.

Viola leaves to cherish her memories the following: a daughter, Karen Clark, a son Keith (Regina) Clark, Sr.; three grandchildren: Antonio Clark, Natasha Bowie and Keith Clark, Jr., great-grandchildren: Dontaevious Bowie, Demarcus Bowie, Davian Clark, Aniyah Clark and Caden Clark; and three sisters: Mary Bell Higgins, Nellie Lee and Dorothy Cooper. Also left to cherish her memories a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Viola will be missed by all who knew her. She has taken her skills of walking here on Earth and now is walking around the streets of gold in Heaven.
